Four groups are running for the January–March term.
1.Cooking Skills for Independence
Whip up confidence, safety, and social skills in a hands-on kitchen environment. Beyond just following a recipe, learners master fundamental cooking concepts while building natural social connections in a non-judgmental space.
Your child will:
- Master kitchen safety and food preparation
- Measure ingredients and read prep lists
- Expand food flexibility by trying new foods
- Build natural social connections while cooking together
- Share delicious achievements with peers
Age: 10-14
Location: Mississauga
Dates: Week of September 14–18 to Week of November 16–20 (10 Weeks)
Day and Time: Wednesdays 4:30–6:00 PM

2. Life Link
Master daily routines, self-advocacy, and executive functioning! Designed for pre-teens and teens ready to bridge social connections with real-world independence.
Your teen will:
- Build and maintain daily routines
- Sharpen organization and executive functioning skills
- Communicate clearly in real-world scenarios
- Practice self-advocacy and speaking up with confidence
- Bridge social connections with personal independence
Age: 12+
Location: Mississauga
Dates: Week of September 14 to Week of November 16 (10 Weeks)
Day and time: Thursday 430-6pm

3. Social Squad
Learn friendship skills, perspective-taking, and fun! Helping younger learners navigate the world of friendship naturally through engaging group activities. Includes a mid-point progress check-in and a final week wrap-up celebration.
Your child will:
- Practice initiating conversations naturally
- Learn to read body language
- Understand others’ perspectives
- Work through everyday friendship bumps
- Build confidence navigating peer groups
