Semester Services*

At Papillon, most of our services are now offered in semester-based blocks lasting 8 to 16 weeks. Each semester includes a set number of individual or group sessions, guided by an individualized treatment plan developed by a registered clinician. Families are required to commit to the full semester. Fees are based on your child’s confirmed schedule.

*We offer monthly installment payments for all our semester based services.

We also offer One-Time Services outside of the semester model. These include assessments, consultations, short-term or trial services, and caregiver coaching, billed per session. Payment is required in advance or at the time of service.

Applied Behaviour Analysis*

Our Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services are designed to support your child’s behavioural needs. Overseen by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), our supervised behaviour clinicians work on goals that promote meaningful improvements in social, communication, and daily living skills. We also help reduce behaviours that may interfere with your child’s well-being. Our team will coach and support you in using practical, evidence-based strategies to help your child across settings.

Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy

Our Speech-Language and Occupational Therapy Services are designed to support your child’s growth across key developmental areas. Our Speech and Language Services, delivered by a registered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), focus on understanding your child’s strengths and needs in speech, language, and communication.  Our Occupational Therapy Services, provided by a registered Occupational Therapist (OT), focus on areas such as sensory processing, self-regulation, self-care, and motor skill development.

One-Time Services

Papillon offers a range of One-Time Services outside of our semester-based programs. These include assessments, consultations, trial sessions, and caregiver coaching. One-Time Services are billed per session, with payment due in advance or at the time of the appointment. Rates vary depending on the service type and provider qualifications. These flexible services are ideal for families seeking short-term support or guidance without committing to a full semester.

Applied Behaviour Analysis

Winter Group Lineup

Four groups are running for the January–March term.

1.Cooking Skills for Independence

A hands-on, practical program that teaches real independence. Each week, learners plan, shop, and prepare a simple meal together. They practice sequencing, time management, budgeting, and teamwork — all through fun, confidence-building cooking activities.

Your teen will:

  • Learn step-by-step meal preparation
  • Build executive functioning and organization
  • Practice grocery shopping and budgeting
  • Strengthen communication and teamwork
  • Increase independence and self-confidence

Age:  12-18

Location:  Mississauga

Dates: Jan 6 – Mar 24

Day and Times:  Tuesday 4:30–6:00 PM

2. Early Social Skills – Children’s Friendship Training

An interactive social-skills program where kids learn how to connect with peers, build friendships, and feel more confident in group settings.

Your child will:

  • Learn how to start & maintain conversations
  • Practice turn-taking, cooperation, and sportsmanship
  • Build confidence in social situations
  • Learn how to handle teasing or disagreements
  • Strengthen problem-solving skills

Start / Finish: January 10th and ending March 21st

Day and time: Saturdays 9 -11am

Two age groups: 5–7 and 8–12

Duration: 2 hours/week

3. Employment Skills for Teens

A practical, confidence-building program designed to prepare teens for real-world employment. Participants learn job-ready skills using role-play, behavioural rehearsal, and guided practice under the supervision of RBAs.

Your teen will:

  • Practice interview skills
  • Learn time management & workplace routines
  • Build professional communication
  • Understand employer expectations
  • Strengthen confidence, responsibility & independence

4. LifeLink

A practical, confidence-building program that teaches teens the everyday life skills they need for greater independence at home, at school, and in the community. Using structured lessons, role-play, and guided practice, participants build communication, self-advocacy, and executive functioning in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

Your teen will:

  • Learn personal hygiene routines and healthy daily habits
  • Build communication skills (social and electronic)
  • Practice self-advocacy and asking for help
  • Strengthen planning, organization, and executive skills
  • Develop confidence in real-world situations

Location:  Brampton and Meadowvale Mississauga

Day: Thursday 430-6pm

Start:  January 8th

Finish: March 26th

Ages: 12–18

Duration: 1.5 hours/week
