Nicole Neil, PhD, RBA(Ont.), BCBA-D

Nicole Neil is an experienced clinician who brings over 15 years of clinical experience in autism, intellectual disability, and Down syndrome. She is a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D).

Nicole is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach to care and for working closely with families to create practical, meaningful change. She has designed and led group programs that help kids build emotional regulation, strengthen sibling relationships, and develop social skills in supportive, inclusive environments.

She also specializes in supporting children with autism and co-occurring conditions like OCD and anxiety, and is the author of Addressing Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior in Autism with Functional Behavior-based CBT, a clinical resource and children’s workbook that offers encouraging, step-by-step strategies for managing OCD in the context of autism. She is dedicated to building collaborative, high-quality services that make a difference for families and communities.
