After completing teachers college, Katie discovered her passion for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and transitioned into the field, where she now designs individualized intervention programs and conducts behavioral assessments tailored to each child’s unique needs. Katie holds a master’s degree Applied Behaviour Analysis Psychology from Capella University and bachelor’s degrees in arts and education from Queen’s University. She is passionate about helping children thrive by supporting their growth, learning, and confidence every step of the way.
Katie is deeply committed to celebrating neurodiversity and creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child is seen, heard, and valued. She collaborates closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes, and her approach emphasizes compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based practice.
